Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade popularly known as Asake has hit the charts topping Burna Boy as the artiste with most songs on Billboard U. S. Afrobeats Songs chart. Lungu Boy is Asake’s latest album, and it has taken him to a new level, and nine of the songs from this album are featured on this week’s chart.
This success has taken Asake’s tally of songs on the Billboard U. S. Afrobeats Songs chart to 50. One of his recent songs ‘Active’ that includes American rapper Travis Scott is at the apex of the charts.
The Billboard U. S. Afrobeats Songs chart was introduced in April 2022 and the list has been majorly composed of Nigerian artists in the international genre of Afrobeats music.
