The Nigerian rapper Phyno, surprised his fans with the collaboration in his next album “Full Time Job”. In celebration of Nigerians’ Independence Day, October 1st, Phyno dropped the tracklist to his highly anticipated project featuring big guns such as Burna Boy, Flavour, and Johnny Drille. But the surprise inclusion of jailed internet celebrity Hushpuppi on the song “Nwoke Esike” has stolen all headlines.
This rather unexpected feature has thrown up speculations that perhaps the two may have buried the hatchet from their public falling out in 2017. Then, Phyno appeared to have called Hushpuppi out for showing off his ‘out-of-this-world’ spending habits on social media, and that quickly escalated into an exchange of words between them.
Social media has been abuzz with different reactions. “You feature Hushpuppi all the way from prison… Jesus.” Equally shocked was Magik_jay_ when he said, “Phyno ft Hushpuppi ke”
His Full Time Job is set to drop on 4th October, and his fans are drooling to hear how this collaboration, which nobody saw coming, unfolds.
