Abia State Police Warn Political Thugs Against Violence In Saturday’s Elections
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Whatsapp

The Deputy Inspector-General of Police in Charge of the South-East, Mr. John Amadi, had told political thugs to shun violence at the ballots tomorrow if they valued their lives. He had issued the warning on Thursday, March 16, while addressing officers of the state command at the Police Officers’ Mess, Umuahia.

According to Amadi, anyone who dares to disrupt the elections should be prepared to die while insisting that anybody who attempts to snatch ballot boxes will only have themselves to blame.
