To expand the award-winning idea to all 14 Airtel Africa territories, Airtel Africa has teamed with FAME Studios Africa, the executive producers of seasons three and four of The Voice Nigeria.
Airtel TV, Free Air stations (FTAs), and commercial channels will all stream The Voice Africa’s premiere season to millions of Africans in 14 different nations.
Along with a distinguished group of judges and TV hosts, it is anticipated to draw and present the best musical artists from Africa and serve as a springboard for international exposure.
The program will pick seven contestants from each of the 14 nations, and one of them will ultimately be named The Voice Africa.
The Zain Africa Challenge, a quiz competition that brought together university students, the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs), and the Airtel Rising Stars football tournament for Under-15 boys and girls are among the events that Airtel Africa has sponsored over the years.
Through on-air custom content integrations, internet and social media activations, and in-country events, The Voice and Airtel Africa’s creative relationship will enthrall fans.
On October 19, there will be a call for virtual auditions, and later that year, there will be live auditions for The Voice Africa.
The program will air in March 2023, and the season finale will happen later that same month.
