The Nigerian Football Federation has gotten a new leader, as Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau emerges as the new NFF President.
The election took place in Benin on the 30th of September 2022, it saw the attendance of the representatives of the World Football Governing bodies FIFA.
10 eligible candidates contested for the position, to replace Pinnick who ended his eight years of Administration.
Gusau polled 21 votes, Akinkumi 12 votes, Dikko six votes, Yola and Idah polled just one vote each.
A rerun election was conducted and Gusau emerged as the winner.
