Days after the rejection by Mykhailo Mudryk, Arsenal announced that it has signed a €27m deal with Leandro Trossad.
Arsenal has been hell-bent on signing Mudryk as they needed him to bolster their left wing, Chelsea however got the player for a more costly price of €88m, buying Mudryk would have affected Arsenal’s budget.
Trossad seems like a better alternative, as he already has scored seven goals this season, which means he will fit into Xavi Hernadez’s team.
Arsenal still rules the EPL table and there’s every possibility that they might win the EPL title and might just break the 19-year-old title drought.
