The Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government In-Exile has announced that there would be no sit-at-home on Tuesday, 22nd October 2024 in the South East.
He disclosed this in a statement on Monday through his official Twitter handle.
According to Ekpa, there would be no sit-at-home movement on Tuesday apart from the one already observed on Monday to drive home the demand for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and for the delegitimisation of Nigeria within Biafraland.
The pro-Biafra agitator had comes to deny the rumours making the round that there will be a Sit-at-home on Tuesday, adding that Ekpa clarified that there will not be a sit-at-home on the rumoured date.
On his X account, Ekpa notified his followers that he will be going live on his account to explain to Biafrans why there was no sit-at-home on Tuesday.
Recall that since the rearrest on Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigerian Government in 2021, ardent Biafrans have declared Mondays as sit-at-home in protest against his detention and the marginalization of the region.
