Nigerian singer Blackface accused his fellow musical artists of ‘stealing his song and selling the same as theirs’ – according to him, although he claimed that the artists admired his creativities, however the same artists would not give due credits to Blackface over that fact, and he felt that very disrespectful of them.
Blackface said that is no more about proving, since in all those years nobody ever denied the claims. He feels the silence on the issue itself says much about it. According to him, the problem was a case of silence and failure to follow ethics by his colleagues.
He even noted how all of his songs were registered and published, so there was no excuse to take his work without permission. He realizes his vibe is one of a kind and may attract many, but insisted that respect of intellectual property always comes first.
