Norwegian champions FK Bodo/Glimt pulled off a huge surprise in the UEFA Champions League knockouts by knocking out Inter Milan with a 5-2 aggregate win. Bodo/Glimt, already ahead 3-1 from the first game, locked in a memorable 2-1 win at the San Siro with goals from Jens Petter Hauge and Hakon Evjen.
Alessandro Bastoni gave Inter a short burst of hope, but in the end, the Serie A team couldn’t come back from the deficit. Bodo became the first Norwegian club to reach the Champions League Round of 16.
Newcastle United FC secured a strong 9-3 overall win against Qarabag, edging them out 3-2 at St James’ Park on the night.

Bayer 04 Leverkusen moved on after a 0-0 draw with Olympiacos, winning 2-0 on aggregate.
Atletico Madrid beat Club Brugge 4-1 in Spain, moving on with a 7-4 aggregate win. Alexander Sorloth scored three goals in a strong showing during the second leg.
