A former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley is planning to end her presidential campaign on Wednesday, March 6, according to the Wall Street Journal reports. This news has been confirmed by other news outlets, such as CNN.
There’s no doubt that this decision twill ensure that Donald Trump will win the Republican nomination and once more face the current Democratic President, Joe Biden in November’s election.
Haley is expected to make an appearance to make some brief remarks around 10 am ET and it is being reported that she made her decision after Super Tuesday.
She will not announce an endorsement Wednesday, the Wall Street Journal added, but she will encourage Donald Trump to earn the support of Republican and independent voters who supported her.
