Former Anambra State Governor and presidential aspirant who recently dumped the people’s democratic party has joined the Labour Party.
The announcement was made through his official Twitter account. He had left the PDP because he felt that their activities were not in line with his personality and principles. In this announcement, he thanked Nigerians and the youths who supported him through his political ambition. He said that he has chosen a path that he deems to be in line with his dream for Nigeria which is a nation that moves from consumption to production. He added that the Labour Party was the perfect place for him to be as they are concerned about uniting Nigeria as a family.
He urged everyone to support his goals as he strives to take back the country. He also promised to not let Nigerians down.
