Popular Nollywood actor Chinedu Ikedieze, famously known as Aki, and his wife, Nneoma Nwaijah, have joyfully welcomed a baby boy.
Announcing the news on his Instagram page, he wrote: “My wonderful people, please rejoice with us. My wife and I have welcomed a bouncing baby boy. To God Be The Glory.”
The couple previously welcomed their first child in 2017, six years after their marriage in 2011. Chinedu shared the exciting news on Saturday night, posting a picture of himself and his wife along with another image showing the baby’s foot.
In an August 2023 interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Chinedu explained his decision to keep his family life private. He stated, “I have children, but I decided to put them aside because I’m the celebrity, they are not. I just want them to be free because the moment everybody gets to know them, it would affect them. And I don’t want that.”
The couple’s fans and well-wishers have been flooding social media with congratulatory messages and warm wishes for the family.
