Brazilian footballer, Dani Alves has been having the worst time of his life. If we can recall, the 39-year-old footballer was accused of raping a 23 year old lady at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona.
Things turned sour for the footballer, after his DNA was found on the Victim, and ever since he has been in detention in Brains II prison, he has appealed four times a d still yet he has been denied bail, for dear that he would leave the country.
His marriage too has hit the rocks, as his wife, Joan Sanz has filed for a divorce. She revealed it on her Instagram page, that Dani Alves is refusing to sign the divorce papers
