Canadian rapper Drake has achieved a historic milestone on the Billboard 200 chart after his newly released albums ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR debuted at numbers one, two, and three, respectively, on the May 30 chart.
The achievement marks the first time since the Billboard 200 began weekly publication in 1956 that a single artist has simultaneously occupied the top three positions on the chart.
Released on May 15, the three projects dominated streaming and sales in the United States, with ICEMAN leading the pack by debuting with 463,000 equivalent album units. The album also became Drake’s 15th number one project, pushing him ahead of Jay-Z as the male solo artist and R&B/hip-hop act with the most Billboard 200 chart-toppers.

The feat also places Drake level with Taylor Swift among solo artists with the highest number of number-one albums. Only The Beatles remain ahead with 19 chart-topping albums.
According to Billboard data, ICEMAN recorded the second-biggest album week of 2026 and the largest week for an R&B/hip-hop project this year. Of its total units, 449,000 came from streaming activity, translating to over 462 million on-demand streams for the album’s 18 tracks.
Meanwhile, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR debuted with 114,000 and 110,000 equivalent album units, respectively, driven largely by streaming numbers.
The accomplishment also makes Drake the first artist to debut at numbers one, two, and three at the same time on the Billboard 200. Previously, only Guns N’ Roses and Nelly had managed simultaneous debuts in the top two positions.
With the latest entries, Drake now boasts 20 top-10 albums on the Billboard 200, surpassing Future as the rap artist with the most top-10 projects in the chart’s history.
The top 10 chart also saw rapper LUCKI secure his first-ever top-10 album as Drgs R Bad* debuted at number nine with 51,000 equivalent album units.
