The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has launched extradition proceedings at the Federal High Court, Abuja against three suspects, Samson and Samuel Ogoshi, and Ezekiel Ejemeh Robert, over suspected exploitation of minors and child pornography production.
Wilson Uwujaren, the EFCC spokesperson made this known on Monday, May 8 in a statement in Abuja.
According to Uwujaren, the Ogoshis and Robert had been indicted in a USA Federal Court on Dec.1, 2022, on charges of exploitation of minors and child pornography production which were major offenses.
Additionally, the males had been indicted on conspiracy to distribute child pornography and commit stalking through the internet.
As a result, Uwujaren revealed that Samuel Ogoshi was charged with sexual exploitation and attempted sexual exploitation of minors that resulted in the death of a minor, Jordan DeMay.
