Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has just announced that it has barred the Independent National Electoral Commission, INECA, from involving the services of the chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages, Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo, in the distribution of election materials in the state.
The court had granted the suit of the political party, Labour Party, LP, seeking an order to stop INEC from using MC Oluomo to distribute election materials in Lagos State.
