The Landmark Event Centre in Lagos came alive on Sunday, April 27, 2025, as the 17th Headies Awards celebrated some of the biggest names and rising stars in the music industry. The ceremony honored talents like Zerry DL, Tems, Flavour, Rema, and Davido, who emerged as some of the night’s top winners.

The event wasn’t just about music—it was a gathering of influential figures from entertainment and politics. Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu was among the dignitaries in attendance, highlighting the prestige of the occasion.

The red carpet shimmered with star power as Tanzanian singer Juma Jux arrived with his wife Priscilla, alongside appearances from popular actress Nancy Isime, reality TV star Bamike Olawunmi-Adenibuyan (BamBam), celebrity socialite Cubana Chief Priest, and Big Brother Naija 2021 winner White Money.
