Media personality and former Big Brother Naija housemate CeeC has opened up about her life after the reality show, speaking candidly about the transition, the pressures of fame, and the support system that helped her navigate it all.
During an interview on the Echo Room podcast, CeeC revealed that she had no intention of becoming a public figure when she auditioned for the show.
Her goal at the time, she said, was simply to participate, learn, and return to her profession in law.

“For me, I just wanted to go into the house, experience it, and take whatever lessons I could. I was even willing to go back to practicing law,” she explained.
She described the period immediately after the show as overwhelming, noting how drastically her life changed once she stepped back into the real world.
“When we came out, it was like, ‘What now? Celebrity.’ I was meeting people I used to watch on TV, it was so different. I’m grateful I had the right people around me to help manage the fame and everything that came with it,” she added.
CeeC also addressed the fact that many people still associate her primarily with her BBNaija appearance.
She admitted that the label may never fully go away, but she doesn’t see it as a disadvantage.
“I don’t know if there will ever be a time when I can be seen as more than a BBNaija star. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing because the platform gave us so much,” she said.
Despite the challenges, CeeC acknowledged that the show opened doors for her and emphasized that she is focused on building beyond her reality TV beginnings.
