Mr. Chukwu Emmanuel on Friday, took his wife Joyce, to a Customary Court in Jikwoyi Abuja, for marrying another man.
According to him, he traced her to her new house and found out that she has married another man and also has a baby for him, and he seeks to divorce her on such grounds.
He further begged the court, to Grant him sole custody of their children as he does not want her anywhere around the children because he doesn’t want her to poison her children’s minds.
The case was adjourned to February 9.
