Ex-lawmaker and social critic Senator Shehu Sani has claimed that he would have been abducted and declared missing, similar to what happened to Abubakar Dadiyata under former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai if it wasn’t for God’s intervention.
In a post he made on his verified Twitter handle on Friday, May 31, Sani alleged that it was God who saved his life under the El-rufai government, which ranged from 2015 to 2023.
Recall that Dadiyata had been a journalist, who was declared missing on August 2, 2019 after unidentified men seized him from his residence in the neighbourhood of Barnawa, Kaduna State.
Dadiyata had been famously known for criticizing the ruling political party in Nigeria, the APC.
