Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, had on Tuesday advised Nigerians to refrain from cursing and protesting against President Bola Tinubu, over the poor economic situation in the country.

He rather, encouraged Nigerians to pray for Tinubu and his ministers because they were seemingly confused about the current situation of Nigeria.

In a statement that was signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele added that it was a likelihood that the country’s economy would shut down in the next two weeks if no solution to the current crisis happening, was found.

Inflation: Curses, Protests Aren’t Helpful to Tinubu – Primate Ayodele Tells Nigerians

The prophet advised that instead of cursing leaders and protesting against them, Nigerians should organize prayers for the leaders so that they can have the wisdom to turn the situation around for the good of everyone.

In the opinion of the man of God, the curses would only make situations worse instead of getting better therefore; prayers should be conducted on their behalf in order to save Nigerians from this hardship.

Previously, Primate Ayodele had advised the federal government to crash the prices of food items in order to decrease the hardship levels in the country. He also urged the government to work on agriculture, electricity, insecurity, and others to save the economic pandemic.
