Leicester City forward, Iheanacho encouraged his teammates to put in their best to ensure they win in today’s match with Brentford at the king power stadium. Iheanacho sees this match as the opportunity to make a positive start in the premier league.

According to Iheancho, the game will be played in their own home and it will be bad to lose to Brentford in their own home. He advised his teammates to be well prepared, as winning the game will give them the confidence to proceed to another stage.

“Every team is working hard. We know what to expect, but maybe they’ll be a bit different now. We have to be ready. They’ll be preparing and we are preparing as well. You know how the Premier League is. It’s tough and no game is easy.

“We have to be ready and hopefully we’ll get the three points. We can take confidence [from beating Brentford twice last season] but that was last season. This season, it’ll be totally different. We have to be ready and prepared. We’ll go and play our football with confidence

“We’re at home, so we need to attack the game, and defend well as well,” he added.

“It’s the first game, at home, [so we want] a good start, the three points. It’s going to be hard, it’s not always easy.

“They’re coming to win as well. We need to take it seriously and make sure we win our first game to get the momentum and the confidence.”

The much anticipated Premier League has begun, with every club trying their best to see that they make it to the top four, which club do you think will win the championship this year?
