Nigerian media personality and reality TV star Leo DaSilva has shared details of frightening moments from his past, revealing that he survived two separate poisoning incidents.
Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) account, DaSilva recounted that the first incident happened when he was just seven years old. He described how the experience nearly turned fatal, while also hinting at a second occurrence later in life.
According to him, both incidents involved food, with one being particularly severe.

”I have been poisoned twice in my life. The first time was with Egusi soup with Pomo and soft meat. Second time was with Jollof rice and turkey. The Egusi lady was the only one that came close to succeeding. I had stomach pain but I kept eating,” he stated.
He further disclosed that in the first case, the woman responsible appeared deliberate in her actions, noting that she ensured her own children did not eat from the same meal.
Despite the shocking revelation, the 33-year-old did not reveal the identities of those involved in either incident.
