It has been confirmed that Leonard Chimezie Onyemachi also known as Leo Mezie is dead. The actor is said to have died of a kidney transplant complications 

The actor had a kidney transplant four years ago and also had another one recently which developed complications for him.

 Nollywood actress Chioma Topliz had also verified the news on her Instagram post which was made on Monday.  She said he died while healing from a kidney transplant and his body has been moved to his hometown in Umuahia
