L’Oréal Paris, a leading global cosmetic brand, has announced Nigerian actress Temi Otedola as its new African Digital Brand Ambassador. This announcement was made in a statement by Issima Oniangue, General Manager for Makeup in the Sub-Saharan Africa Zone at L’Oréal, and shared with the press in Lagos on Sunday. Temi Otedola landed an ambassadorship shortly after her sister, Florence Otedola, also known as DJ Cuppy, became the King’s Trust International Ambassador to King Charles III. Her appointment places her alongside renowned figures like Kendall Jenner and Viola Davis, who also represent the brand.
Issima Oniangue announced the partnership, stating that Temi’s style, confidence, and love for beauty align perfectly with L’Oréal Paris’ values of empowerment and sophistication. This collaboration signifies a new era of glamor and innovation in beauty for the region, emphasizing the celebration and representation of African women’s diverse beauty. She additionally highlighted that their collaborations and endeavors are dedicated to advancing equal rights and fostering self-esteem.
Temi Otedola conveyed her excitement and gratitude, vowing to represent the brand with excellence and dedication.
