A certain man named Femi Afolabi, has been accused of defiling his three daughters, who are 10 years, and according to Nigerian law they are all still minors, he was also accused of assaulting his wife.
The presiding Magistrate Ms. Ejiro Kubeinje rejected the man’s plea and ordered that he be remanded, and the case was filed to the state Director of Public Prosecutions for legal advice.
According to the prosecution counsel, the accused committed the act in December 2022, in their house at Onipanu, the wife got wind of the husband’s activities and reported the issue to the court, when she confronted her husband he got annoyed and beat her to a pulp.
