The mother of Whitney Adeniran, the 12-year-old student at Chrisland Schools who died during the school’s Inter-house sports competition in Lagos State, has announced that the school management had suddenly become apologetic after the autopsy result conducted on the late student to determine the cause of death was released to the public.
In video footage making rounds on social media, Whitney’s mother is heard saying that the school management had been hostile, engaging the services of lawyers everywhere they were invited to, including the police station, the Magistrate Court, and their house.
But according to Mrs. Adeniran, the story had however, changed when the autopsy result was released as the principal of the school had come to her house saying that she would like them to maintain a cordial relationship.
In Mrs. Aderina’s words:
“Before the autopsy result came out, they (the school officials) were acting all high mighty.”
