Barcelona forward, Robert Lewandowski believes that Argentina Legend, Lionel Messi can help Argentina to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Lewandowski who is to feature for Poland, in their Clash against Argentina in the Group C of the 2022 FIFA World Cup on November 30, has said in an interview, that he sees Argentina as a strong contender for this year’s world cup title, considering that they have a legend like Messi on their side.
Lewy further admitted that it will be a pleasure to play against the Argentinian team, even though it’ll be a tough game.
“There’s not much to say when it comes to Argentina,” Lewandowski said.
“They’re a huge team and one of the favorites to win the tournament in my opinion. With an absolute legend like Lionel Messi as their figurehead, there’s no doubt that will be our toughest match.
“It’ll be great to take on such a great side with such talented players.”
Messi has registered 90 goals in 164 games for Argentina, despite being 36 years old he has scored 8 goals and bagged 8 assists for Paris Saint Germain this season.
