Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Meta (formerly Facebook), Meta Zuckerberg has successfully undergone surgery after sustaining a knee injury while training for a forthcoming mixed martial arts competition.
Zuckerberg had endured a torn anterior cruciate ligament otherwise known as ACL and had posted this information in an Instagram post on Friday, November 3.
“I am on the road to recovery. I tore my ACL whole sparring and just got out of surgery to replace it,” the post had read.
“Grateful for the medics and team for taking care of me. I had been training for a competitive MMA fight scheduled to happen early next year, but now that will be delayed a bit.
I’m still looking forward to doing it after I recover. I wish to thank everyone for the love and support.” The post concluded.
