This would be Modi’s first visit to Ukraine since the beginning of the war. However, both the Ukrainian embassy and the Indian Foreign Minister have yet to confirm this news. This criticism follows Modi’s visit to Russia coinciding with a Russian missile strike on a hospital in Kyiv that resulted in at least 41 fatalities. Modi had described the death of children as “painful and terrifying.”
