Rapper Odumodublvck has addressed ongoing talks in the music industry about the alleged use of stream-farming, stating that no amount of manipulation can replace genuine talent and quality music.

In a post on his X handle, the rapper pushed back against claims that some artists are artificially boosting their streaming numbers, calling such narratives a product of insecurity.

“Dear public, Do not let them deceive you. No matter how much a song is stream-farmed, if your song is good and the people love it, it will show. All this one na small pikin scopes and antics. Insecurities. Trynna prepare the table in incase you fail. Losers,” he wrote.

According to Odumodublvck, listeners always gravitate towards songs that connect with them emotionally and creatively, regardless of any behind-the-scenes tactics.

His comments follow recent online discussions sparked by singers Magixx and Blaqbonez, both of whom raised concerns over artists allegedly inflating their streams. While Magixx suggested that some numbers might be questionable, Blaqbonez hinted at dishonest practices being used to gain clout.

Odumodublvck, however, believes that excuses won’t change the outcome for those who fail to resonate with real audiences.
