Osun NNPP candidates will hold a rally in support of tinubu

Some candidates running for seats in the Osun State House of Assembly on the New Nigeria Peoples Party platform in the 2023 general elections have revealed plans to conduct a huge rally in support of APC presidential candidate Bola Tinubu.
The idea was disclosed by Muideen Afolabi, the party’s candidate for Ifelodun State Constituency, in a statement he signed on behalf of eight other NNPP House of Assembly candidates, obtained in Osogbo on Monday.
Afolabi, who observed that the NNPP has not been campaigning for the party’s presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, and other candidates contesting the race in the state, said that those arranging Tinubu’s rally in the state had also begun door-to-door campaigning for him.
In partnership with other National Assembly candidates who previously deserted Kwankwaso, nine of them, House of Assembly candidates are going to host a major gathering for Tinubu where masses of Osun would be convinced on why they should support him,” he added.
With less than two months till the 2023 elections, the NNPP has not been campaigning for the party’s presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, or other candidates running in Osun. We can’t keep waiting much longer.
