The Osun State House of Assembly has passed the Osun State Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities Prohibition Bill into law.
The bill had been passed into law during the plenary of the Osun State House of Assembly, and it had been presided over by the Speaker, Adewale Egbedun, on Tuesday, April 7.
The bill will provides persons with disabilities access to health, education, employment and other social amenities that will serve to bring about inclusion.
Speaker Egbedun, had announced after the bill was passed that it would be sent to Governor Ademola Adeleke for approval.
