Police arrested 106 thugs, 25 armed robbers, two kidnappers, three drug dealers, three motor vehicle thieves, two motorcycle thieves and eight local thieves. They also recovered weapons, drugs, vehicles, tricycles and motorcycles.
Two cars, a pump action rifle, five tricycles, eight motorcycles, 58 knives, cutlasses, and pointed rods, three bow arrows, 104 packs, 87 parcels of Indian hemp, and 944 pieces of Red Sun Rubber Solutions were among the items found.

On Thursday, July 4, the suspects and goods found were paraded. In addition to stepping up patrols in the impacted regions, the police command has expanded coordination with pertinent parties, such as youth organisations, community leaders, and other security agencies, and deployed more officers in order to improve response times and gather intelligence.
