Popular Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, has raised concerns with actor Odunlade Adekola over a trending video involving his baby mama, Ashabi.
In the video, shared on Odunlade’s Instagram page, the actor is seen hugging Ashabi while jokingly asking if she had sought Portable’s permission before embracing him.
“Hope you told Portable you want to hold me? Tell him you want to hold me,” Odunlade quipped.
Unhappy with the comment, Portable sent a private message to Odunlade, voicing his dissatisfaction. On Tuesday, he also reposted the video on his Instagram story, alongside screenshots of their conversation.
Portable in his message expressed his concerns about the remarks and highlighted his dedication to his family.
He also addressed the misconception that he is a troublemaker, urging others to speak favourably about him.

Your family is my family”.
Portable accepted the apology warmly, thanking Odunlade and offering prayers for him.
He replied: “I respect you, boss. I really appreciate you. God bless you”.
