Food Prices For The Week In Nigeria

With the current situation in the country, prices of some commodities remains constant, some inclined and others slightly decreased. There’s no doubt prices of commodities will continue to increase as we approach the festive season, we certainly hope for the best. Here’s a list of some market commodities with prices for you to review. Happy shopping!

  • 3litres of Branded vegetable oil: #4,500 – #4,800
  • 2litres  of branded cooking oil: #3,500
  • 5litres of unbranded vegetable oil: #5000
  • 5litres of palm oil: #4500
  • Basket of Garri (Per basket): white garri- #500-800. Yellow- #800 – #1000
  • Seasoning cubes (per pack): #600 – #700
  • Carton of Noodles: Indomie- #3,000, other brands- #2,600 – #2,800
  • Rice (per basket): #3,000 – #4,500
  • Beans (per basket) : Drum- #3100, Honey beans- #3,400 – #3,600
  • Crate of egg: #1,700 – #2,000
  • Spaghetti: Per carton- #6,800, Per one- #350
