Tragedy struck in Lagos today as a Lagos State staff bus collided with a passenger train at the PWD area in Ikeja, from what is shown in pictures that circulated on the internet, the Passenger train rammed into the Bus.
There have been several casualties, only two persons were recorded dead although the others sustained various degrees of injuries and were rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.
Relatives of the Victims were seen in the hospital premises waiting to donate blood for those in critical condition. The cause of the accident was pinned on the recklessness of the driver of the staff bus.
