According to reports, popular Nigerian actor Saint Obi died at the age of 57 after a long illness.
He died early this week after battling an unspecified ailment for several months with no treatment.
Before his death on Sunday, an anonymous neighborhood person noticed Saint Obi, whom they recognized from his performing profession. His body was brought to JUTH’s mortuary the next day. The actor had lately relocated to Jos, Plateau State’s capital, and was frequently spotted being brought to the hospital.
A JUTH source further confirmed that Saint Obi was frequently spotted visiting the hospital. Obinna Nwafor, often known as Saint Obi, was a well-known Imo State actor.
The Actors Guild of Nigeria is yet to state since the family is said to be in conflict, therefore the delay in making a formal declaration.
