Shakira, Pique Might Take Kids Custody Battle to Court.

Some months back, news came out that Shakira and Gerard Pique’s 12 years old Marriage has crashed and currently the ex-couples still haven’t worked a suitable decision concerning the custody of the kids, this is an indicator that may be heading to court, as they’ve been having several discords concerning the custody of their children.

All efforts for the ex couples to sit and reason things have proved abortive. According to Jodi Martin, who was the love expert of the two ex-couples, no agreement of any sort has been reached, he even reached out to one of the law firms and they confirmed that there has been no agreement between the two couples.

“There is no regulatory agreement or any kind of agreement between Pique and Shakira.”

Reports have it that Shakira wants to take the kids to live with her in Miami but Gerard obviously is against the plan. According to martin, Gerard is against the move, because his life, family, and the club is in Barcelona.

“Piqué is opposed [to the move] because his family roots, his friends, and his activities are here and he is not going to go to Miami,” the journalist shared

“Shakira is really up against it because the children have already started the current school year,” he added.

As concluded by Martin, if the matter is to get to court, Shakira might not win, as the kids practically grew up in Barcelona and even school in Barcelona. A change of environment might affect the kids
