Supreme Court Asserts Edozie Njoku as the APGA National Chairman

The Supreme Court has avowed Mr. Edozie Njoku, as the National Chairman for the All-Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.

The court made the pronouncement on Friday, March 24 when making a judgment on an application by Mr. Njoku, wherein he asked for the regularisation of the amended judgment delivered on May 9, 2022, by Justice Mary Peter Odili.

The Supreme Court Judge, Justice Garba Lawal, had held that Njoku had been wrongly removed at Jigawa High Court without being joined as a party subsequently stating that Njoku’s application was meritorious and therefore granted his prayer to remain APGA’s National Chairman.
