Taiwo Awoniyi, a forward for the Nigerian National football team, Super Eagles, has earned a business management degree from Buckinghamshire New University in Wycombe, United Kingdom. Ojora Babatunde, a Nigerian sports journalist working in Europe, praise the Nottingham Forest player on Twitter. The 25-year-old received his degree a few days after Wilfred Ndidi, a midfielder for Leicester City and a fellow member of the Super Eagles, graduated with his business and management degree.
Babatunde tweeted, “Super Eagles forward, Taiwo Awoniyi @taiwoawoniyi18, bags a degree in Business Management, from Buckinghamshire New University, Wycombe. “Man preparing for life after football. Congratulations Big Awo.” He also published a picture of the athlete wearing a cap and gown.
