Tanzanian Bongo Flava singer, Mandojo, has been reported dead in what can be termed as a tragedy. The legendary artist, who was especially famous for his creative and lyrical content, was reportedly beaten to death in Dodoma after being mistaken for another man.
Musician Anselm Tryphone, also known as SoggyDoggy, to the disbelief of many fans, confirmed the tragic news that has come a few days before Mandojo’s birthday. Mandojo working together with Domo Kaya became a music group that was adored by the public for songs such as “Give me,” “Wanok Nok,” and “Dingi.”
Fans have reacted to the demise and have used social media platforms to show their sorrow and anger over the cause of his death. Mandojo was a talented performer, and his charisma and energy on stage are already going to be sorely missed by fans.
