At about 10:30am today, Police officers at the Eagles Square in Abuja, used teargas and pepper spray to disperse protesters, this eventually leading to an angry altercation.
It was quite dramatic when one of the protesters, a woman, carrying an infant was provoked and challenged the police officers daring them to shoot her while expressing her anger against the use of teargas.
The protesters in Eagle square had gathered to express their displeasure against the present administration.
The response from the police officers has raised questions about the use of non violence means against protesters.
