Mr Femi Fani Kayode, a strong critic of the Buhari administration has finally joined the fold of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as he dumps the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
He was present at the Presidential Villa earlier today, and was presented to the President in Abuja by the Governor of Yobe State and the Chairman, Caretaker Committee of the APC, Governor Mai Mala Buni.
Even though Mr Fani Kayode said it was the spirit of God that influenced his move and made him make the decision to join the APC so as to unite the country as he is against disintegration of the country, we all know that it’s just about the 2023 political election.
Mr Fani Kayode claims to be instrumental in the exit of three sitting governors of the People’s Democratic Party to the All Progressives Congress, while claiming he is wooing several sitting governors to join the APC fold.
The game is on, we will see how it unfolds. It’s still unclear to know whose side or camp Mr Fani Kayode will belong to in the All Progressives Congress.
