According to the United Arab Emirates’ immigration authorities, Nigerians are no longer qualified for visas. They also stated that all applications are denied and that application fees are not refundable.
It was discovered that the news was included in a mail sent on Friday to its business partners in Nigeria, including travel agents.
Despite the lack of a cause for the limitation, the Dubai authorities declared that all applications would be suspended until issues between the governments of the UAE and Nigeria were resolved.
All Nigerians who want to travel to the UAE must abide by the UAE immigration officers’ most recent directive.
The suspension has been put into effect, but the Dubai Immigration Department was unable to say when it would end.
