Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 contestant Ifeyinwa Okafor, popularly known as Ivatar, has opened up about how her appearance sometimes led viewers to form the wrong impression of her character on the show.

In an interview with Sunday Scoop, Ivatar said fans expected her to be dramatic because of her tattoos and overall look.

What BBNaija S10 Fans Didn’t Know About Ivatar’s Real Personality

“People have said that they expected more drama from me because of how I look, but I am naturally a very calm person. From the start, I made it clear that the stereotype people have about tattooed individuals doesn’t define me,” she explained.

She went on to describe herself as measured and purposeful in her actions. “I’m classy and intentional. Of course, I have a fun, crazy side, but only those I’m comfortable with will ever see that. I’m also a mother to an 18-year-old, so I can’t be reckless just to entertain anyone,” Ivatar added.

Addressing rumors of a romantic link with fellow housemate Kaybobo, Ivatar dismissed the speculation, revealing that a viral photo suggesting they kissed had been digitally manipulated.

“I was shocked when I saw that picture. It never happened. Kaybobo and I are just friends. We connect because we share similar interests, but there is nothing romantic between us,” she clarified.

Ivatar also reflected on her sometimes complicated friendship with former ally Mensan. While they shared enjoyable moments, she admitted she might have approached the friendship differently.

“Maybe I shouldn’t have pulled him into my corner because I felt he was lonely, like I was. We shared some fun moments, but I believe in setting boundaries, and I’ll always stick to that,” she noted.
