Nigerian singer Portable has sparked a fresh wave of controversy after releasing an emotional online message in which he asserted that rapper Olamide will one day regret not bringing him onto his record label.
In the lengthy outburst, Portable painted himself as an artist whose rise is divinely orchestrated, insisting that despite disappointments and industry clashes, he is destined for worldwide fame.
He argued that setbacks have only strengthened him, claiming that he now enjoys international support — especially from British rapper Skepta, whom he hailed as a major helper in his journey.
The singer described his transformation from what he called a “local rapper” into a global figure, crediting his resilience and spiritual backing for his progress.

He also accused unnamed individuals of attempting to undermine his career, alleging that some who once supported him withdrew because he refused to be manipulated or taken advantage of.
Portable maintained that anyone who tries to block his success would face consequences, stressing that divine favour will lift him far above those who oppose him.
According to him, his rise in the industry is unavoidable, and he is destined to surpass many of his peers while remaining true to his identity.
He ended his message with strong confidence in his future, claiming that his struggles will eventually justify his greatness.
He wrote, “Any disappointment is a blessing Zazuu Am bless internationally i get fan base If you spoil me for who love me you go doe young
If you forget me my own God no go forget me God bless skepta my Helper wey carry me from where them stop
