PSG made a late move for Hakim Ziyech at the close of the January transfer window, both clubs agreed on every necessary thing, and Hakim had to travel to Paris to complete the deal. Unfortunately, Chelsea set an unsigned document twice, so the deal could not be made official at the deadline of the transfer window, PSG tried to buy some time by appealing to Ligue 1 authorities but was turned down.
The whole conclusion of the matter is that Hakim Ziyech will have to remain at Chelsea til the end of the season.
