William Saliba, Arsenal’s defender has revealed that he wants to win the 2022 World Cup game with France.
Diedier Deschamps, France’s head coach included Saliba’s name in the squad for the world cup.
An excited Williams, revealed in an interview, that he wants to win the world cup with France, he further said that he’s delighted to be in the squad, which has always been his dream, and he believes that he was included in the squad because of his wonderful Performance at Arsenal.
“Of course, I want to be the next Frenchman to do that, like Pires or Vieira or Henry,” Daily Mail quoted Saliba as saying.
“I am so happy and grateful to be in this squad. I wanted to be in it, but in France, we have a lot of good defenders. If I am in the squad it’s because I had a good start to the season at Arsenal.”
