Nollywood actor Tobi Makinde, known for his role in Jenifa’s Diary, has officially announced his engagement.
Sharing the joyful news on his Instagram page, Makinde posted photos of himself and his fiancée, with her engagement ring on display.
However, he chose to keep her identity private, not revealing her face. The actor shared that some months ago, the love of his life accepted his proposal, a moment that left him overjoyed.
“Some months ago, the love of my life said YES to me, and I was most delighted. I’m excited for this new journey that I’m about to embark on. Truthfully, it has always seemed very far-fetched but just like every other BIG step I have taken in life, I sought God’s face and trust me, he has always led me aright….” he wrote.
Makinde also humorously recounted a minor hiccup with the engagement ring, revealing that he initially got the wrong size before correcting it.
“Inside Gist: I had only one job, which was to get a ring to fit perfectly, but I blew it and got a bigger size. Anyways, that has been sorted now. Na intention matter pass.
